How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Research, with intent clearly stated and prior permission obtained We do not share any information obtained. How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in a Microsoft secure share point.

We keep all personal information that is not anonymous until you unsubscribe or is no longer required for research. We will then dispose your information by wiping from the share point. No hard copy of personal information is kept. If for any reason, a hard copy is required, at the point it is no longer needed, it will be destroyed by shredding

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
